Terms of Service

Short version: GambleBot is free virtual entertainment. Coins and items have no cash value. Do not exploit the economy, automate play, farm alternate accounts, or trade anything for real-world value.

Virtual entertainment only

GambleBot does not provide real-money gambling. Coins, miners, titles, achievements, and other items cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, redeemed for prizes, or exchanged for anything of value.

Acceptable use

You may not use bots, scripts, alternate-account farming, exploits, deceptive transfers, or unauthorized access; buy or sell GambleBot currency or accounts; evade cooldowns or enforcement; disrupt the service; or violate Discord’s rules, applicable law, or others’ rights.

Games and economy

Game rules and published odds apply equally to players and are not adjusted to individual histories or balances. Features, rewards, odds, cooldowns, balances, and rankings may be changed to maintain fairness, security, and service health. Activity affected by bugs, exploits, outages, or abuse may be corrected, reversed, or reset.

Availability and enforcement

Access may be suspended and data may be corrected or removed where reasonably necessary. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of virtual currency, data, access, or expected benefits.

Changes and support

Continued use after published changes means you accept the revised terms. Gameplay help is available through /gamblehelp; account and service questions can be submitted through the official support server.
