Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026

Short version: GambleBot stores Discord identifiers and virtual-economy records needed to run the service, prevent abuse, and restore interrupted games. It does not sell personal information or ask for passwords or payment details.

Information processed

We may store Discord user and server identifiers; balances, claims, cooldowns, transfers, wagers, payouts, game results, statistics, achievements, titles, miners, leaderboard data, and limited operational records. Display names and avatars may be read from Discord when formatting responses.

How it is used

Information is used to operate and secure the global economy, settle games, enforce cooldowns and transfer safeguards, calculate statistics, display leaderboards, diagnose errors, restore interrupted activity, and investigate abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Infrastructure providers may process data while hosting the service. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained while reasonably needed for the integrity and security of the shared economy. Limited records may remain where deletion would compromise other users’ transaction history, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Open a ticket in the official GambleBot support server for access or deletion requests.

Eligibility and security

GambleBot is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required to use Discord in their country. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes and support

Material changes will update the effective date above. For gameplay help use /gamblehelp; for account or privacy support, open a ticket in the official GambleBot server.
